CAN WE GET « CAF » FRENCH STATE HOUSING HELP ?
Most of the countries are eligible. It also depends on your resources (revenues). When granted, housing help for student is around 50 to 100 euros / month.
WHAT COVERS THE HOUSING INSURANCE ?
The home insurance covers most of water damages and natural accident
DO I HAVE TO INSURE MY HOUSE ?

WHAT HAPPENS WITH THE MONEY IF I CAN’T COME TO FRANCE ? ( VISA problem)
First, check that everything is ok before booking! If you can’t come, unfortunately, we cannot refund you because your booking involves that the owner refuses all the other incoming demands which are numerous every year. Only the security deposit can be refunded.
ARE THERE AGENCY FEES ?
Yes! there are agency fees in order to help you booking this apartment and get a support during your stay
