We rent one room in our big flat for a student who would like to discover French people. We are in our early 30 and we are working a lot.

Your room will be your private space, you will have also your personal bathroom and WC. The kitchen and living room will be shared with us.

The flat is situated in the line 11 of Paris metro in the new and fresh building. The building was finished in the May 2020. Every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday there is a market just in front of the building. You can buy food and some home stuff. There 2 bakeries, 3 supermarkets and some nice cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood.

The flat is available from the 20th of June. Please send us more details about you. The rent period max 6 months.
